What it is like here

  • Ownership, not tickets

    You will own a project's information chain, not a queue of tasks handed down from someone else.

  • Standards taught properly

    ISO 19650 is how we work, so you will learn it in practice rather than from a slide deck.

  • Time to automate

    If a task repeats, you are expected to script it. That time is budgeted, not squeezed in around delivery.

  • Direct client contact

    You will be in coordination meetings explaining your own work, not briefing someone else to present it.
