Why we did it
As-built verification was the slowest part of our handover work, largely because survey registration sat with a third party. Bringing it in-house shortens the loop between capture and a verified model, which matters most on retrofit projects where design decisions wait on the survey.
What it means for projects
Deviation analysis against design intent is now part of our standard handover scope rather than an add-on, and turnaround on a registered point cloud is measured in days rather than weeks.
